I was skeptical the first time I tried rare tuna but I’ve become a huge fan. The flavor of a bite of seared Ahi grade tuna with a slice of ginger, a dab of nose clearing wasabi, and a dip in soy sauce is unbelievable… and MUST be experienced! $9
